Announcements:
Rtn. Tracy Tritle presented the club with a Toronto Rotary Club Flag. She described her experience while attending the International Rotary Convention as an incredible life changing experience with 30,000+ Rotarians who care.
President Mike recapped his presidency year and highlighted the following projects and accomplishments during 2017-18:
Annual Picnic, Triangle Park Grant, Buffalo Bicycle Project, Tree Planting, Keeping Iowa Beautiful, TAKO Shelter, (Take A Kid Outdoors), and the most recent Bike Ride.
Mike acknowledged the following Rotarians for their service to the club during the 2017-18 year.

University of Iowa Club, General Manager, Bobbi Houselog was acknowledged for her excellent help and oversight with many years of hosting our weekly meetings.
Incoming President, Steve Quigley thanked Mike for his dedication and presented Mike with a plaque and past president pin and our club flag.
President Steve Quigley introduced the Rotary Theme for 2018-19: Be An Inspiration.
Rtn. Dimy Doresca, introduced the 25 University of Iowa Mandela Washington Fellows. If you are interested in meeting with the Fellows, please email Dimy and he will help to schedule a meeting.
President Steve Quigley announced that the next club meeting will be July 12 at the new meeting location, the Clarion. We look forward to camaraderie and fellowship. Board members will speak and deliver goals at our next meeting. We look forward to seeing all members at the new location, we will celebrate the new location with prizes during the month of July!
The meeting ended at 1:00 pm as President Steve led the assembly in reciting The Four Way Test.
