The Iowa City Noon Rotary Club was founded in November, 1915. 30 local business and professional men and university officials gathered together for the incorporation. The club was sponsored for membership by the Cedar Rapids Club, and in term has sponsored three additional area clubs - West Liberty, Tipton, and Iowa City AM.
